For some users’ setups, if the device is attached at boot to a Windows or Linux system, hi-res scrolling may not get enabled correctly.
Symptoms:
- Very slow scrolling (e.g. each notch of scrolling only scrolling 1px)
- Hi-res reported as unavailable even though it is enabled.
Quick Workaround: Simply unplug and replug the device after the OS is already started.

This will be fixed in a future firmware update.
